You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify berpkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
berpkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions, suspension or closure.
berpkr supports a range of payment methods that may include bank transfers, digital wallets and cryptocurrency options. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits. berpkr does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and must represent lawfully obtained funds. Depositing proceeds of criminal activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
berpkr is not liable for transaction failures caused by your payment provider, network issues or bank-level restrictions. If a deposit does not appear in your Account balance within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with transaction reference details.
Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified Account holders. You may only withdraw funds up to your available Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification and security checks. All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available through berpkr are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, maximum bet restrictions and expiry period are specified in the relevant promotion terms. As an illustrative example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 30x wagering requirement would require total eligible wagers of PKR 150,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
berpkr actively monitors bonus activity. The following practices are considered bonus misuse and may result in the cancellation of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings and closure of the Account: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements; using automated systems to place bets; and any other strategy that berpkr reasonably determines is designed to abuse a promotional offer.
berpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted and acted upon by an eligible user will be honoured subject to these Terms.
berpkr reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on a market that has been offered or accepted in error, where odds have been published incorrectly, or where suspicious betting patterns are identified.
Live in-play markets — including cricket ball-by-ball markets, PSL T20 match betting and ICC tournament live odds — are offered subject to real-time data feeds. berpkr will not be liable for delays in odds updates or incorrect acceptance of in-play bets resulting from data latency. bets placed after an event outcome has been determined will be voided.
berpkr covers a wide range of sports including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other markets. The availability of specific markets is subject to change and berpkr does not guarantee that any particular event, match or tournament will be offered for betting at any given time.
Bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute between official results and third-party data, the official governing body result shall be determinative. Settlement of bets may be delayed pending official confirmation of results.
A bet shall be voided and the stake returned to the user's Real Money Balance where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play; the market is suspended prior to the outcome being determined; or an obvious pricing or system error is identified. berpkr's decision on void bets is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the berpkr platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

You may close your Account at any time by contacting berpkr support. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements. berpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account without notice where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; we are required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory direction; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; or you have provided false information during registration or KYC.
Upon termination, your licence to use the Service is immediately revoked. Any outstanding wagers will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any verified Real Money Balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. Clause provisions that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law — shall remain in full force.
